General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Website<\/strong><\/p>

I. Subject<\/strong><\/p>

Article 1.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as\u00a0\"General Terms\"\u00a0<\/strong>are intended to regulate the relationship between \"PS Electric\" Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the \"Supplier\"\u00a0<\/strong>, the owner of the website:\u00a0https:\/\/www.pselectric.bg<\/strong>\/, hereinafter referred to as\u00a0the \"Website\"\u00a0<\/strong>and each user, hereinafter referred to as\u00a0\"User\/s\"\u00a0<\/strong>of the Website, regarding the use of the Website by the User.<\/p>

II. Information<\/strong> for<\/strong> supplier<\/strong><\/p>

    III. <\/strong>General<\/strong> Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

    Article 3.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The website and the services offered through it operate under the rules described in the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

    Article 4.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier does not guarantee the continuous functioning of the website, nor that it does not contain errors.<\/p>

    Article 5.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier reserves the right to interrupt access to certain materials (including, but not limited to: photos, texts, and others) published on the website or to the entire website, without the User's consent, for an unlimited period of time, planned or incidentally, without being liable for any damages that may occur to the User as a result of the interruption.<\/p>

    Article 6.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the structure or content of the website. The changes take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.<\/p>

    IV. Characteristics<\/strong> of<\/strong> the Service<\/strong><\/p>

    Article 7.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The main characteristics of the services provided to Users by the Supplier through the Website, hereinafter referred to as \"Services,\" are as follows:<\/p>

    (1)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier provides the opportunity to view and share content published on the Website. The Supplier provides information about itself, its team, the services it offers, current offers, informational articles, contacts, presentations of its clients and partners, and others.<\/p>

    (2)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier provides the opportunity to generate phone calls through functional buttons on the Website.<\/p>

    (3)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries and requests via email (email) through functional inquiry forms within the Website. The User should fill in the fields specified by the Supplier and select the Send button. When using this service, Users should be aware that by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, they are considered informed that using this service does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Supplier, i.e., sending an email inquiry does not create an obligation for the Supplier to provide a specific service and does not establish contractual (obligatory) relations between the Supplier and the User. It should be considered that the respective User who sends an email inquiry to the Supplier has concluded a contract with the Supplier for the provision of the service only after receiving confirmation in this regard from the Supplier.
    The Supplier does not guarantee its ability to respond and the timeframe within which such a response will be provided.<\/p>

    (4)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through the use of the User's email client, through functional links on the Website. For this purpose, the User needs to select a specific functional link on the Website (a place where the Supplier's email address is written and can be \"clicked\" on), and the device used by the User opens a new window for writing a message from the email client embedded in the device.
    The Supplier does not guarantee its ability to respond and the timeframe within which such a response will be provided.<\/p>

    (5)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier provides the opportunity for the User to be linked to business profiles of the Supplier on social networks, profiles and web pages of its partners, clients, and others. The Supplier provides this opportunity to facilitate Users, without being responsible for the content of the profiles and web pages to which linking is provided and which are not owned and\/or operated by the Supplier. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply with regard to the profiles and pages to which linking is provided unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>

    (6)<\/strong> The Supplier provides the opportunity to use a dynamic Google map integrated on the Website. The use of this service is subject to the applicable terms of use of Google Maps and Google Earth available at www.google.com\/intl\/bg_bg\/help\/terms_maps.html <\/a>.<\/p>

    (7)\u00a0<\/strong>The Supplier provides the option to change the language of the content on the website by selecting functional buttons\/icons indicating the respective languages at the top of the Website.
    The Supplier does not guarantee the ability to translate every piece of content on the Website. In the event that, when choosing to change the language, the page being viewed by the User is not available in the selected language, the User will be redirected to the home page of the Website for the language chosen by them.<\/p>

    V. Rights<\/strong> to<\/strong> Intellectual<\/strong> Property<\/strong><\/p>

    Article 8. (1)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0All information published on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, images, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Supplier or is used by the latter on a legal basis and as such is protected by the current legislation on the protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights<\/p>

    (2)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier reserves all rights specified in the preceding paragraph.<\/p>

    (3)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The use of the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, including but not limited to: copying, modifying, reproducing, without the consent and permission of the Supplier or the respective rights holder of the intellectual property, except in expressly specified cases in the law, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the rights of the Supplier over intellectual property or those of the respective rights holder, if different from the Supplier.<\/p>

    Article 9.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Website may contain names and trademarks of products, services, or persons that represent or may represent trademarks owned by the Supplier or third parties. Access to the Website, as well as anything in these General Terms and Conditions or the remaining content of the Website, should not be construed and\/or interpreted as and does not constitute the granting of a license or the right to use any such trademark without the prior written consent of the Supplier or the respective third party - owner of the object of intellectual property<\/p>

    VI. Other<\/strong> Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

    Article 10. (1)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The information and materials available on the Website (including but not limited to: articles, images, messages, and others) are for informational, general, and abstract purposes only and should not be construed or interpreted as advice, guidance, and\/or consultation provided by the Supplier to any of the Users of the Website.<\/p>

    (2)<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier shall not be liable for the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, and\/or timeliness of the information and materials available on and\/or through the Website, on any occasion, nor for their applicability to specific factual circumstances.<\/p>

    (3)<\/strong>\u00a0The Supplier shall not bear any property and\/or non-property liability for the content of the Website, nor shall it be liable for any damages suffered by any User and\/or third party in connection with the use of the Website and\/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to specific situations (e.g., a User taking specific actions based on information posted on the Website).<\/p>

    Article 11.<\/strong>\u00a0The possible invalidity of any provision of the General Terms and Conditions shall not invalidate the entire agreement.<\/p>

    Article 12.<\/strong>\u00a0These General Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users as of February 21, 2023.<\/p>
